-LIFEGUARDS MUST BE PRESENT TO SWIM!
-CHILDREN MAY NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED!
-SWIMMING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK! Since motorboats and other water crafts frequent Browning Pond, we must ask you to not venture more than thirty (30) feet from shore.
-NIGHT SWIMMING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED !
BOATING
(Weather Permitting)
*Life-vests must be worn at all times! We will not lend you a boat without one and if you remove it while on the water, we will seize your boat and all parties in the boat will be prohibited from boating for the remainder of the festival.
*Minors under 17 years old, must be accompanied by an adult to use a boat. Children under 6 are not allowed on boats AT ALL.
* Boats and life-vests are available on a first come first serve basis.
* If you have your own boat, you may boat until 7:00 p.m. Sand Stew, Inc. is not liable for any storage, mooring, accidents, or damages to any personal boats or water equipment used during the festival.
*Sand Stew, Inc. staff reserves the right to prohibit use of personally owned boats, boating equipment, rafts, scuba equipment, and other toys-water or otherwise-from being used on or in the water and/or on shore for safety reasons.
