🌊 SWIMMING & BOATING RULES 🌊

• Lifeguards must be present to swim! No exceptions.
• Children must be supervised at all times! No unattended kids in or near the water.
• Swim at your own risk. Browning Pond is active with motorboats and other watercraft, so for safety, do not go more than 30 feet from shore.
• Night swimming is strictly prohibited!

• Life vests are mandatory! We won’t lend you a boat without one, and if you remove it on the water, your boat will be seized, and all passengers will be banned from boating for the rest of the festival.
• Minors (under 17) must have an adult with them.
• Children under 6 are NOT allowed on boats.
• Boats and life vests are first come, first served.
• Bringing your own boat? You may use it until 7:00 PM. Sand Stew, Inc. is not responsible for storage, mooring, accidents, or damages to personal boats or water equipment.
• For safety reasons, staff may prohibit the use of personal boats, rafts, scuba gear, or water toys on or near the water.
