ON SITE SERVICES

MEDICAL

-First Aid is staffed 24 hours a day and there to serve.  


-If there is a medical emergency, notify ANY nearby staff member for assistance , DO NOT go searching for First Aid Staff as time is valuable!


-First Aid Staff cannot dispense, administer, or hold medications, nor can they treat chronic medical conditions.

MISSING PERSONS

  • Please notify Security immediately if there is a missing person in your party-child or adult.
  • Staff will ask you for a last known location, description of the individual, and other information to begin searching.
  • Once notified, Main Gate will be closed and our emergency procedure will go into affect.

TRANSPORTATION

On site hospitality carts are available for patron use.  These vehicles go up and down the main road throughout the weekend for your convenience.


Transportation Hours:

  • Friday 11am-Saturday 2am
  • Saturday 8am-Sunday 2am
  • Sunday 8am-Monday 2am

INFORMATION BOOTH

  

The information booth has the 411 on all the festival happenings and is where you can register your child and get an ID bracelet for ages 17 and under.


Information Booth Hours:

Friday, 8 am to 8 pm

Saturday, 8 am to 8 pm

Sunday, 8 am to 6 pm

SHOWERS

  • Showers will remain open at all times except during scheduled cleaning times.
  • Cleaning times are posted at the showers.  Please plan accordingly.
  • Shower items may not be left behind after use.  Sand Stew, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

TRASH COLLECTION

  • Trash will be collected by our Sanitation Staff during scheduled hours.
  • All trash for collection must be bagged, bags tied, and tied bags left at the collection site for your location. (Please see your camp host to find out where the collection is for your site)

 Saturday 8 am to 7 pm

Sunday 8 am to 7 pm

Monday 8 am to 7 pm
