ON SITE SERVICES

• Our First Aid team is available 24/7 to help with any medical needs.
• In an emergency, DO NOT call 911! Being out in the woods, EMTs will have trouble finding you. Instead, alert the nearest staff member immediately—we will contact EMS if needed.
• We have two ambulances on-site, available 24/7 under contract for the duration of the festival.
• First Aid staff cannot hold, dispense, or administer medication, nor can they treat chronic medical conditions.

Your safety is our priority—don’t hesitate to reach out if you need help! ❤️

 If someone in your group—child or adult—goes missing, contact Security right away. We’ll ask for their last known location, a description, and other details to start the search.

Once Security is notified, the Main Gate will close and our emergency search procedures will begin.

 Need a lift? Hospitality carts run up and down the main road all weekend for your convenience!

• Friday: 11 AM – Saturday 2 AM
• Saturday: 8 AM – Sunday 2 AM
• Sunday: 8 AM – Monday 2 AM

  Looking for festival updates? The Information Booth has all the details on schedules, activities, and more. It’s also where you can register your child (ages 17 & under) and get a free ID bracelet for peace of mind.

• Friday: 8 AM – 8 PM
• Saturday: 8 AM – 8 PM
• Sunday: 8 AM – 6 PM

 Showers are open 24/7, except during scheduled cleaning times (posted at the shower stations—plan ahead!).

🚫 Please don’t leave your shower items behind—Sand Stew, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

 Help keep the festival clean! Sanitation Staff will collect trash during scheduled hours.

Important:

• Bag all trash & tie the bags securely.
• Leave tied bags at your designated collection site (ask your camp host for details).
