This is our 32nd year and we are going strong!  We would love to extend the opportunity for your to grow your sales/services as well!  There are a few things to know so be sure to check out everything!




  • Vendor spaces are 10' wide by 20' deep.
  • Food Vendor spaces are 10' wide by 20' deep. 
  • All Vendor Spaces are located on the festival's main field.
  • Spaces are $350.00 for selling items and $550 for food vendors.
  • To reserve a space, you must fill out the vendor application (either paper or online), return via email or postal mail the vendor agreement with a minimum of 50% deposit before July 1st.
  • Any balances are due no later than August 15th.
  • Once your application is accepted and Vendor Fee is paid in full, you will receive a formal letter with more information such as entry time and signed copy of Vendor Agreement.
  • If you application to be a vendor is denied, you will be refunded your deposit.  Otherwise there are no refunds!
  • Vendor spaces can not be shared.

  • Vendors receive free parking in our weekend parking lot
  • Vendors also receive TWO free weekend passes to the festival
  • Vendor camping is behind your vendor spot on the main field.  You can bring your own RV/Trailer but there is a fee of $35 per RV/Trailer and they can only be set up in designated areas.
  • Keep your earnings!  What you make is yours as your only payment to the venue is for the space!

Vendor Forms

Please be sure you complete ALL forms and return them with at least a 50% deposit by July 1st.  Make all checks/money orders payable to Sand Stew, Inc. and mail to P.O. Box 60545, Worcester, MA 01606.  *Any returned checks will be subject to a $25 return check fee and further payment in check form will not be accepted!
