FESTIVAL VENDORSHIP
This is our 37th year and we are going strong! We would love to extend the opportunity for your to grow your sales/services as well! There are a few things to know so be sure to check out everything!
GENERAL INFORMATION
Vendor Information & Pricing
📍 Location: All vendor spaces are on the festival’s main field.
📏 Space Sizes:
- Sales & Service Vendors: 10’ wide x 20’ deep
- Food Vendors: 10’ wide x 20’ deep (unless using a food truck)
💰 Pricing:
- Sales & Service Vendors: $350
- Food Vendors: $550
🔹 Reservation Details:
✔ To reserve a space, submit the vendor form and a 50% deposit by July 1st.
✔ Spaces are limited and assigned first come, first served.
✔ Vendor spaces cannot be shared.
✔ Remaining balance due by August 1st.
✔ Deposits are non-refundable.
✅ Final Confirmation:
Vendors paid in full will receive a formal letter with entry details and setup time slots

VENDOR BENEFITS
Vendors enjoy free parking in our designated weekend lot.
Each vendor also receives TWO complimentary weekend passes to the festival.
Camping for vendors is available directly behind your booth on the main field. RVs and trailers are permitted for an additional $35 fee and must be parked in designated areas.
