📍 Location: All vendor spaces are on the festival’s main field.

📏 Space Sizes:

Sales & Service Vendors: 10’ wide x 20’ deep

Food Vendors: 10’ wide x 20’ deep (unless using a food truck)

💰 Pricing:

Sales & Service Vendors: $300

Food Vendors: $300

🔹 Reservation Details:
✔ To reserve a space, submit the vendor form and a 50% deposit by July 1st.
✔ Spaces are limited and assigned first come, first served.
✔ Vendor spaces cannot be shared.
✔ Remaining balance due by August 1st.
✔ Deposits are non-refundable.

✅ Final Confirmation:
Vendors paid in full will receive a formal letter with entry details and setup time slots
